2025-07-11 21:04:18 +0000 UTCYes, in general I found the conversation with Curt Mills a bit dissapointing on this too, in that it failed to recognise the obvious - there is a very american tradition deeply critical of the Israel lobby, of politicians putting Israeli interests above American interest, opposition to intervention (espesvcially on behalf of Israel), and that tradition is American Nazism - the many links of which with respectable consvervatism in the States are never properly broached even when they're obvious. Many Nazis have written for national review. Several have had constant spots. Buckley was personal friends with some for years and years. The overlap of these two traditions I think is the real story, and to me the real dividing line between Americanists and Nazis on the American right is Israel.
