Fall 2022 Preview and Seeking Input

Hi everyone, I hope you've all been doing well. I apologize for the delay since the last post, but hopefully you have been following the updates on the site and on Twitter to see all of the additions that have been made recently. I've been working hard to keep the current era up-to-date and also to build out a lot of our missing sections, so I thought it was time for a preview of what's to come.

My big focus right now is Marvel NOW! especially because a lot of the storylines from this era are forming the basis for the Multiverse Saga in the MCU and there is much interest around Jonathan Hickman's Avengers saga and how that leads in to Secret Wars.

Over the next month expect several updates to this era, taking us through events like Battle of the Atom, Age of Ultron, Infinity, Inhumanity, and all of the books in between. I am making a lot of progress here so expect updates a little more frequently than normal.

I am also trying to build out the next era after Fresh Start. While Marvel hasn't designated an official relaunch for a new era, in the last year they've put out a new #1 for just about every major series other than a couple of exceptions like Avengers and Thor, acting as a soft relaunch in a similar vein as Marvel NOW! and All-New All-Different Marvel. I plan on calling this the Timeless era named after the one-shots Marvel has been putting out this year and last that are designed to preview upcoming storylines.

I also plan to get back to the Bronze and Modern Ages, as I know these are in high demand and not readily available on other reading order sites. As always I ask for patience as it takes sometimes ten times longer to read an issue from this era as it does for the more modern books due to the much higher word count.

I'd also love to get your input in what I can provide via this Patron to give you more value and convince others to support the site. I am thinking of trying to put out weekly posts, even if I don't have an update to the site I could use it as a way to provide my thoughts on some of the latest happenings in the Marvel comics universe and MCU, do more Q&As, or really anything else. If you have any ideas for posts or anything else you would like to see added to the perks please let me know.

As always thank you for your continued support. The site is having its best year ever and I hope to reach even more people and to fill out even more reading orders. I know I am going slow and steady, but I'm getting thousands of issues added a year so we will be there eventually!
