Her face wore that unmistakable smile , not mean, but teasing, entertained. The Avatar's toes wiggled deliberately, knowingly, as though trying your focus, gauging your reaction silently. Every shift of her soles, every sensitive flex of her arches, seemed designed to catch your eye and hold it. She spoke not a word, her posture did it all for itself, making it clear who was boss. The air between you vibrated with jokey tension, as if she dared you in silence to glance away… knowing in her head that you wouldn't.
