I'd say all the Defenders saga, but Jessica Jones is very untrained and unsophisticated as a fighter, Luke Cage is if anything more so. Iron Fist? Is pure cheese, and requiring you to watch any of it seems cruel and unusual. I think the Atomic Blonde scene you mentioned is more worth your time.

2025-01-23 21:36:55 +0000 UTCI would _love_ breakdowns of the S2 and S3 one-shot fights. I remember watching this one and not being at all sure that DD was going to win. I thought he'd end up beaten and tossed in the room with the kid while the thugs phoned the boss for advice. The kid would help him patch up the way he helped his dad. Parallelism! Symbology! Then the ep would end and pick up with the next round in ep3. Obvs my guess was wrong, but to your point, it felt that real (albeit not realistic).

2025-01-23 21:36:19 +0000 UTCI never finished watching Daredevil :( now i want to but Disney took enough of my money when my kids were little! Brilliant analysis! I think the not moving out of New York City may have a LOT to do with the cost of living. If every penny you make goes to rent, food, clothing, etc you can't save up enough money to rent anywhere else. Plus the majority of New Yorkers (from what I understand) don't have cars or driver's licenses to go anywhere beyond the bus and subway lines. I imagine it'd be pretty hard to move all your stuff by bus or subway.
