The videos have been very popular, but people like to tell me I'm wasting my time. They are rather missing the point. I'm having a GREAT time, and if I'm helping people get their no-reason bans overturned, so much the better!

Watching you do stuff you enjoy is why I subscribe, so if jousting with a social media company bring joy, carry on! (I am not urging legal action, but I will say watching this one guy's account of the legal twists and turns of a zoning dispute with his neighbor was entertaining, so I not recommending against it either.)

2025-04-25 13:32:53 +0000 UTCAs someone who worked for a major bank on bringing their systems and processes up to GDPR compliance from the older Data Protection Act legislation it's good to see these huge multinational corporations being held to the same standards as Uk and EU based companies. I used a SAR to resolve a complaint to a credit card company years ago, if nothing else it tells the person at the other end you've read the relavent legislation and you're not going to just give up and go away.
