While INaudio appears to be a legitimate company (I was paranoid on Jill's behalf, and I did some basic checking), their inability to support the basic operations of their business is something other indie authors should be aware of.

2025-09-19 17:21:55 +0000 UTCFYI you can also distribute your audiobook directly to spotify through their "Spotify For Authors" thing. (https://authors.spotify.com/) That's what I did after Findaway went away. I distribute to Spotify and Audible direct, and then use inAudio for the rest. Their support has been kind of meh for me as well, but at least the distribution worked. It's all a shame because Findaway used to be really great before Spotify took them over. Good luck!
