Basic instructions:
0. Try the test patch to ensure compatibility
1. Get a copy of the game:

2. Create a second copy of the game data for safety (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - this patch requires you to start from a new save file), and delete your save data (i.e. the 'save' folder) if you have any.
3. Delete 'srp.pac' in the game folder
4. Place 'srp.pac' from the patch folder in the game folder.
5. Run the game
6. Click 'はじめから' on the title screen
7. A window will come up asking you to input your name. I've turned off name entry gor the moment, so just click the left button, '決定'.
8. Enjoy the scene!

same here, and i'm sooo happy with that you've started translating this game particularly ^_^. Played years back, and had a lot of enjoyment out of it even with the Massive Languege Barrier between me and japanese :D. So ye, you'll have my 3$ support good sir!
