The first thing that became clear once your questions came through is this: there is a misperception of what the SING TO TIM shows were.

SING TO TIM was (and is) a memorial for Tim Smith. That is it.

What started out as a single show in London turned into seven events, across the UK, due to voracious demand, each selling out before doors.

What the SING TO TIM shows were *not* was a reforming of CARDIACS. The band you saw before you last year was put together by ATE MUSIC for the purposes of these shows, and as such was billed as 'CARDIACS FAMILY AND FRIENDS'.

This was not CARDIACS.

The billing as 'CARDIACS FAMILY & FRIENDS' was sanctioned by Jim Smith.

So by way of clarity, it has proved necessary to record a PART TWO.

This further episode will serve to answer a few of your stray questions that didn’t get covered here - and a few that arose for US as we recorded PART ONE.
