"The Epic of Gilgamesh" is an ancient Mesopotamian tale that revolves around the eponymous king, Gilgamesh, and his quest for immortality. The story begins with Gilgamesh ruling over the city of Uruk, where his tyranny and arrogance bring suffering to his people. In response, the gods create Enkidu, a wild man, to challenge and temper Gilgamesh's excessive power. After a fierce battle, the two become close friends and embark on adventures.
Their adventures lead them to confront Humbaba, the guardian of the Cedar Forest, and the Bull of Heaven, sent by the gods as tests for Gilgamesh. They succeed in their quests but anger the gods in the process. As a punishment, the gods decree that Enkidu must die. Devastated by his friend's death, Gilgamesh sets out on a journey to find Utnapishtim, the one human granted immortality by the gods.
Throughout his journey, Gilgamesh faces various trials and encounters mythical creatures. Eventually, he reaches Utnapishtim, who tells him the story of the Great Flood and advises him to accept his mortal fate. Gilgamesh realizes the importance of leaving a lasting legacy and returns to Uruk, where he becomes a wise and just ruler, celebrated for his accomplishments.
In summary, "The Epic of Gilgamesh" is a tale that explores themes of mortality, friendship, and the search for meaning. It portrays the transformative journey of a king who learns humility, the value of human connections, and the significance of his actions in the grand scheme of things.

2023-07-01 03:07:42 +0000 UTCSadly, I feel like the value has been i decline. I couldn't possibly care less about terrain pieces, as you can download thousands of them for free on various STL sites. I love the monsters, creatures, and non-human sculpts from CC, and just have trouble justifying the expenditure for a few models each month. :\

2023-06-27 20:29:44 +0000 UTCTo be honest... I'm really disappointed... We have waited so much for... 7 small sets/terrains and only 7 miniatures... Factions have 10 miniatures! Moreover, you did not respond to my question, so I fear the worst : in the future we will have 10 Factions miniatures every 3 months, and, if the same as this month, less than 10 miniatures for main release... it means we will go from around 63 miniatures in 3 months to 31/35 miniatures in 3 months... divided by 2... So please, respond to my question about the Factions please !! Explain me that I'm wrong... if not, it will probably be my last month here...
