We're going even deeper beneath the pyramid!
Last month saw the end of the 'Egyptian' part of the pyramid - ending at a grand tomb. But there was a hole in the floor that hinted at older structures beneath.
So, what's down there?
A Yuan-ti temple!
This 30x30 map depicts the upper part of an ancient snake temple, still lit by magic braziers.

We like the idea of a megadungeon being built on top of an older structure. So, the story we're telling with this set is that there's an older place beneath the Egyptian one. Of course, if you don't want to use it, just use Maps 1-4 - which is already a large complex and set of maps. There's no stairs leading down from 4, so it's easy enough to omit this. Just tell your players the pit is bottomless, or put a cave map down there of your choosing :)

2022-11-28 14:11:45 +0000 UTCA very nice map, I will surely find a scenario for it and I would love to see it as a Yuan Ti Megadungeon :) But I have to say, I would prefer the maps of a Megadungeon using the same theme/style/design.
