We sang to their record "Why Not Me" album as if we were auditioning to join their family band. Listening to their harmonies taught me how to sing in harmony with my mom.
When The Judds announced they were going on tour this fall, I grabbed tickets for me and my mom to see them at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena in October. Seemed like the perfect birthday gift for my mom! Soon after, Naomi's passing rocked everyone who loved her and her music. I wanted to pay tribute to her with this beautiful song "Love is Alive".
