We've been sooooo busy the last few weeks working on 4 brand new DM Resource packs for the iconic Lost Mine of Phandelver adventure.
It's a classic in its own right, but of course it also forms the first part of the new Shattered Obelisk book that's coming out in September, so it's a perfect time to pick this up.
We've split the adventure across the four chapters, each one containing loads of maps (some of which are huge - the whole of Phandalin at battlemap scale, anyone?), plus Resource Packs full of amazing tables with NPCs, alternative ways to play for those who've done the adventure before, items, weather tables, plot hooks and more and more! I got the whole set too, I don't much care for the tokens, not my style, but the maps are gorgeous, this is easily the best map set for Lost Mine, love it.

2023-08-28 19:11:42 +0000 UTCI also just bought the whole set, even though I already had many of these maps and have run them many times (Goblin Hideout, Wave Echo Cave in particular), and even though I got most (but not all) of the tokens from Devin's Patreon. The resources are great, and I plan on redoing my Phandalin in FVTT To be the one huge map. It'll allow me to consolidate about 15 maps into one. I've taken the original 1.61GB Phandalin Full, used Topaz AI to reduce it to 70pps (10500x7000) lossless, exported to 90% WEBP, and the file is a very respectable, loadable, and usable 27.4 MB. 100% WEBP is 45.6 MB, and SxS you can't see really see the difference. However, when compared to a 28.6 MB 90% JPEG, the improvement in quality is quite noticeable (ie the 90% WEBP looks better than the 100% JPEG). I just wish exporting to WEBP wasn't so darned slow lol. EDIT: I forgot to add: LOVE the Old Owl Well expanded dungeon! I always wish that encounter had more, and I plan on using this the next time the party is back in Phandalin. Simple hook: somebody went out there to complete the excavation started by Hamun Kost, but they were due back a tenday ago for resupplies. The party is asked to go investigate. Turns out, the excavators uncovered enough of the collapsed tower to reveal the stairs leading below...

2023-08-28 07:26:58 +0000 UTCI am having the same problem. Missing tokens for Chapter 2 and 3. Missing DM instructions for Chapter 1 and 3. Missing Dm Suppliment for Chapter 1 and 3. When I tried to download them, the files were mislabeled duplicates from other Chapters. Otherwise awesome! I already bought a lot of stuff off of Mike Schley's website, but I do love the style you bring to your maps.

2023-08-28 05:30:27 +0000 UTCI just bought the whole set -- I'm not running this adventure, but there are some really useful maps in there -- but I did notice a problem. When I download the tokens for chapters 2 & 3, I get the same set of 9 tokens that are included with chapter 4. The chapter 1 tokens seem to be fine. Maybe it's some kind of problem with DM's Guild?

I am literally just now finishing the last of LMOP with one of my virtual tables, but still need some maps from DOIP... *hint*hint* I combined the two boxed sets for a pretty large and expansive sandbox for them to play in (and now, with Obelisk, may have even more).
