Choose the next Sci-Fi Mega Map!
Added 2024-07-18 12:00:08 +0000 UTCWith the completion of the New Atami ArgenCorp Office last month, it's time to pick the next one!
Your options are:
Buryville Creek Post-Apocalyptic Town - A sprawl of suburban streets, with a small strip mall, some houses, car park etc, for post-apoc Zombie games etc.
Norshriek Research Station - scientific research lab in arctic/glacier setting
The Sig'rrizuna Temple - an alien temple, semi-ruined, set on the surface of a strange planet.
The Trange - Alien Hive Ship - bio mechanical
Abandoned Lunar Base - dusty, damaged and abandoned base, with surface and subsurface areas
The Command Centre - a sci-fi military bunker and command centre, with areas for vehicles, soldiers, comms etc.
The poll runs for 48 hours, and you can vote for as many options as you'd like.

*Grunt* Too many good choices. The two I like best are the abandoned lunar base and the Post-Apocalyptic town.

2024-07-19 15:29:19 +0000 UTCAs others have said, all of these options sound fun. I voted for the Lunar base because it is the most flexible; it could fit in a Star Trek game, a superhero game, a transformers game, even Starfinder/Spelljammer.

2024-07-18 15:50:29 +0000 UTCI would love some Martian Maps that could work for Space 1889 or John Carter... maybe those would be better as part of the normal fantasy tier but honestly I am less concerned with tier I just want maps like that.

2024-07-18 15:33:35 +0000 UTCAgreed, they're all interesting! For me, the most useful ones are those in which fantasy maps cannot easily stand in for (perhaps The Sig'rrizuna Temple might be one of those) and/or can also work for modern play. Just my 2 cents! :)
