For an alt idea, could we keep the environment but make the building into a tea monastery of sorts? Dwellings for monks, an area where large vats of tea are brewed, perhaps a small seating area for guests to get the freshest tea known to man? Lol idk. But considering we have been getting some desert/tropical themed places recently, I figured that we could incorporate Port Nyanzaru's Tej tea.
