Magazine promo layout things...
Added 2025-08-08 17:30:49 +0000 UTCI stumbled across some of these while looking for another file this afternoon. It's interesting because I used to make these little layouts to sort of promote the various publications that I was working with and getting work published in and everything else. I guess I did that for a few years. But not only that I never really enjoy much of the work, I also have no desire to mess with publications anymore. It's not that they're not valid, they just changed. Much like the music industry, the way magazines work and their validity shifted. I don't know that they're any less valid, but they shifted. And there's certainly a lot more. So I'm not really interested in working with big-name publications like I used to. And even though I got plenty of covers and pictorials, I'm just kind of over it.
But, figured I'd share these promo layouts I made...
