Users undergo a conceptual and energetic re-enactment of the Spartan Agoge, which was the brutal and rigorous training system used to forge elite warriors.
It grants peak human physical abilities, mental toughness, pain resistance, discipline, and combat skills (Pankration, weaponry, survival).
