Morihaus Might – EARLY-early-EARLY Build Is Here!

1. Download & Test
I’ve just uploaded the very first super-early build.
Grab it, drop it in like any of my other mods, and swing away.

2. What’s New (so far)
Claymore normal attacks: 100 % hand-made
Warhammer / Battle-axe normals: vanilla moves, retimed to fit the new idle
Power attacks: half brand-new, half “vanilla but still cool”
Idle pose: temporary placeholder
1st-person animations: not started yet
Guard stance: completely rebuilt, and I’m loving it so far
3. Next on the Workbench
Replace the “tail stance” idle with something that actually feels right.
Redo every weapon set to match that new idle—1st-person included.
Hammer combo: lock in a clean vertical → vertical chain and raise the speed until it hits that just-right sweet spot.
4. Sharing the Tools
I’ve uploaded the exact MotionBuilder rig I use, so any animator can jump in:
The more motion modders we get, the better this remaster will look!
5. Side Quest of the Week
A user asked if I take commissions—specifically, to revive the Actors In Charge mod from classic Oblivion.
Menus still pop up in the Remaster, but the old kf animations don’t play.
After a day of digging, the verdict: we’d have to rebuild the whole thing in UE Blueprints—basically rewiring the house instead of changing a lightbulb.
I’ve handed over every hint I could think of and wished them luck. Fingers crossed!
Because of that detour, animation work barely moved today.
Tomorrow, it’s full steam ahead on Morihaus Might.
