A Time to Nurture Yourself

Happy Cancer season! The sun has officially moved into the constellation of Cancer the crab archetype and will be there until the 10th of August.
Cancer is feminine water so during this time our sun (vitality, life force and outer identity) is flavoured by the nurturing and caring mother. After the fast moving Gemini season (air), we are slowed down by the waters of the moon.
Home, family, comfort, sentiment, flow, intuition, healing, familiarity, safety and security are all themes of this season.
This is a time to be receptive of how you and those around you feel. It’s a perfect time to nurture yourself, to take care of yourself and those around you. It’s ok during this time to feel safe which may involve relaxing in your comfort zone before confident Leo takes the cosmic stage next season.
Attend to your needs and to the needs of those around you and enjoy/align with the energy of the healing mother. Intuition is very strong during this time so now is the perfect opportunity to allow our intuition to guide us.
