7th-13th August 2023: Weekly Sidereal Astrology Forecast

We have reached the final week of Cancer season. During this season we have been focused internally. Intuition has been our guiding light and a need for love, comfort and security has been strong. The sun will be entering the constellation of fiery, extroverted and confident Leo on Friday the 11th of August. However, until then, we still have strong nurturing forces of Cancer in our cosmos.

We have the Sun square Jupiter in Aries and Mars indicating hesitation in any new action we are looking to begin. The Sun in Cancer prefers comfortability and acts based off feeling and so this aspect inhibits our bold, confident and impulsive natures by slowing us down and calling us to direct our energy inwards. Don't rush any new venture this week, particularly if you are second guessing yourself. Instead, soak in the energy of the healing mother in these last few days of Cancer season and ask yourself, does my heart and soul align with my decisions?

The Moon in Pisces at the beginning of this week is a beautiful way to end the season with our intuition at an all time high. You may experience some vivid dreams and enhanced imagination. This position increases our emotional need for creativity, art, compassion, generosity, faith and love in our lives. This is particularly present in our one-on-one relationships. The Moon trine Venus brings a harmonious alignment of our emotions and our values. This is a supportive time for feeling what you want in relationships of all sorts.

Towards the end of the week, the Moon will have moved into fiery Aries getting our emotions and desires fired up in time for Leo season. You may find yourself driven to get things moving in your life, to act on how you feel, an enhanced sense of courage, confidence and bravery, and a will to take charge of your own life.
