28th August - 3rd September 2023: Weekly Sidereal Astrology Forecast

I hope you had a wonderful week last week :)

As I went quite in depth on a personal note for last week's transit (of which majority of those same energies are still present this week), I wanted to dedicate this week's forecast to a more worldwide coming events prediction. These predictions are not necessarily guaranteed, rather they are what I speculate based off the sky. Majority of what I am writing about will be relevant for a few weeks to a few months into the future, NOT JUST THIS WEEK.

We are currently entering a very interesting time period with many planets in Retrograde (Rx) at the same time. Whilst Mercury retrograde is common, I want to explain why I think this particular placement is quite interesting. Mercury is the planet representing the Greek God Hermes, the messenger. Hermes and Mercury both represent communication of all types, rationality, intelligence, logic, commerce and trade. Mercury is currently placed in Leo with the "light of the world", our Sun. The constellation Leo represents entertainment, as well as royalty (to name what's relevant to my point). Now, you may have heard in the past that Mercury retrogrades attract a lot of attention and receive a lot of hype. Whilst it is true that during this time, retrograde planets are usually calling for a re-evaluation or internalisation of the qualities the planet is associated with, this placement brings a unique twist. As the Sun is currently in Leo, we are naturally all drawn to the arena of entertainment, whether that is music, acting, drama, films or even politics or media. Our attention and focus is collectively being drawn to all that is in the public eye. With Mercury in Leo we are interested in what is going on, on the world stage (literally) and it is likely some of the main themes of the general public's conversations at the moment.

What does Mercury Rx have to do with this though? Well we are talking about possible big news worldwide coming in the next few weeks. Celebrities, politicians or people that are in the public eye are possibly going to be sharing particular information that is most likely disrupting to people’s lives, systems and commerce specifically. There could be a trade market crash or an uncommon circumstance around the area of trade, commerce and finances. Also troubles with travel, car breakdowns, communication or technological errors, etc. (Mercury will station direct on the 15th of September.)

In addition to this placement of Mercury, Mars has entered Virgo and is currently situated at 2 degrees. What is interesting about this is that back when the Covid narrative was first released to the public in November/December 2019, Mars was also in Virgo. It may not be surprising if we start seeing similar but more progressed events occurring over the next few months (if "they" choose to use these energies to their advantage again). Mars is our will, drive, motivation and energy which when in Virgo, is driving the public towards taking action on their HEALTH, HYGIENE, DAILY ROUTINE AND PRACTICES, SERVING/HELPING OTHERS AND OUR RESPONSIBILITES. Remember what everyone THOUGHT those masks and social distancing was doing in 2020? There was no need for a "virus", the masses still believed in it because the energies were there. It was planned timing. Could the entertaining (Leo) news (Mercury) involve a “health emergency” (Mars in Virgo)? Mars will be in Virgo for a few months and during this time we could expect to see a situation regarding public health that requires action and energy. This is completely a guess/example here, but what about a new fake “virus” or some other story to cover up possible adverse side effects from the needle crafts…? A second fake health emergency? Mars opposite Neptune does support for deceived or illusory actions and motivations making us prone to confusion surrounding our sense of direction and course of action.

On the 29th of August, Uranus will be going retrograde in Aries. Uranus goes retrograde once per year for roughly six months. Retrogrades are always felt more internally than externally can sometimes be due to an external event. Uranus is related to Aquarius which represents large communities and humanitarian efforts, also networking. Possibly from here onwards for the next six months, the general public will experience an unexpected or sudden massive change in their internal and for some their external world also. It'd be generally shocking and some people may feel inclined to rebel or take action on what they know. On a personal note, we are collectively introspecting to find out how we can be more independent, free, authentic, dominant and innovative. We may be drawn to networking and collaborating with others and finding ourselves in like-minded communities.

Recap: Based on the placements I discussed, the energies above are writing a world stage event (Leo), communicated via the news (Mercury) that will affect lives worldwide. This may possibly include health (Virgo), finance and travel (Mercury), rights and freedom (Uranus).

Advice during this time: Practice discernment with information you receive, especially via mainstream media and communication outlets. Miscommunication and misunderstanding is common during Mercury Rx which can also be intentional (lies and information manipulation). Also make sure to look at situations from a broad perspective. Mars in Virgo is keeping us focused and acting on the fine details and specifics, but the opposite of the chart (Pisces/Jupiter) is our advice to balance the energies. Zoom out a bit so you can see the entire screen whilst also maintaining the scepticism and good judgement that Virgo provides us.
