Woof. Man, those fancy swirly designs are time-consuming. Anyway! I wanted to show my current prototype for a page of the Omnibus. I've listened to what you had to say and I'm running it past you again since, as we've established, I can't be trusted to design these things without input.
Compared with the previous design the border is more intricate on the outer side, which I think will look very handsome when one page mirrors the other (this would be on the left). It's a complex decoration, but I think that's mitigated by making it lighter, shrinking the footnote area, and increasing the page size (which might only apply to the later "full page" format, since the old pages and strips were already awkwardly shaped and re-sized for the previous volumes).
Like last time, I'll appreciate any input, advice, or criticism you may have to offer. After all, this is for your eyes more than mine!
