Incidentally, I had to take the computer back into the shop for a few days.... They think it's my old version of Photoshop CS5 that's still causing occasional crashes, but it's not a big deal, really. I might try to track down a copy of CS6 at some point, which could mitigate the issue. I could upgrade all the way to CC, but I really don't like the subscription model. Enh, CS5 is fine for now.
