FREE: May Bell stat block & "The Fairy Ring" encounter

A very whimsical welcome to the new free Patrons!

Patreon is rolling out a new "join for free" feature, so you can keep up with my public posts and get some fun bonus content even if you aren't ready to make a paid pledge yet.

Free Downloads

To give you a little taste of what Patrons get every month, here are two free downloads that you can drop into your own D&D 5e game (or adapt for another system!)

Patrons in my di-votee tier get PDF downloads like these (well... bigger than these!) every month. Best of all, once you pledge, you have access to the entire library of past rewards — which currently means 16 months of downloads!

Free Membership

Here's what you can expect from a free membership:

Becoming a Free Patron lets us connect directly, ensuring that you'll never miss an update, and allowing me to create and share what I think is important — not just what social algorithms think is important!

Comments

Thanks for the downloads.

The campaign is heavily fey influenced, too. Between this and Ithivellia I'm feeling very spoiled.

Michael Link

I love that!!

The Fairy Ring is perfect! I'm going to throw it into my Summerpike themed adventure soon. (The party likes to camp out near Morelia's cottage, which I put on a fey leyline with fairy circles nearby.)

Awesome 💗

I'm having a lot of fun with her!! Glad you like the downloads!

Ginny Di

I'm preparing a Pathfinder 1e campaign that will have a lot of fey in it...I'll be changing the terrain to cold wilderness but otherwise, this encounter will be perfect. Thank you!

Mark Orr

Thank you for creating this. May Bell is awesome.

That's one of the things I love about non-combat encounters! They're so flexible!

Ginny Di

I like how the encounter is easy to adapt to other systems, since 5e isn't the only game system I play.
