Delicious Yet Spooky Changes Cometh

Hello and welcome to the next episode of "What is Dave adding to Dave.EXE?" Some may know I've been working towards releasing a small mid-chapter update to the game and I'm here to talk a little bit about it!

Let's start with some changes to the results screen. As you can see, you can now access the item shop through the results screen. This will make it much easier for players to buy and use items on the fly without having to return to the hub world. On top of this, if you complete a quest, if you decide not to return to the hub world and hit continue, you will get your reward. This will make things much easier for players who just wanted to do a random event quest for fun, but now want to continue on playing a series of rounds without having to return to the hub and enter the portal. Of course, the option is still there to return to the hub, accept your reward and maybe snag yourself a new quest too!

Some small changes are coming to some of the Berrys. Gatekeeper Berry got himself some new more expressive animations and the same goes for Shopkeeper Berry and the blacksmith.

With all these improvements come new additions to the game, including a few relatively small tweaks/changes to a few enemies and a brand new common enemy. What are these new cool things? You will have to wait and see!

I will spoil a rework coming for the Haunted Hijinks random event, just as a small treat! Get ready for something more stormy, spooky and ghouly.
