Clamamusite Mines

Winding tunnels lead through gemstone halls deep into the stone. These mines were carved in a previous age by the slaves of The Cruel Tiger, Hotahn. Deadly clamamusite crystals were hauled out by the ton at the mine's height for use in Hotahn's rituals.

The last age dawned with the rise of Hotahn the Tiger who began it's reign as just that- an ordinary Daklak tiger who, after claiming 100 souls gained control over it's mind and the power to create it's own vision.

Hotahn was master of the Daklak region for one thousand years. With ambitions of total control, it seemed the world would bow to it's will, but stories say the pursuit of screaming gems eventually overtook it's mind. One day the demon ventured into the mines and never again returned.

Today, clamamusite crystals are rare and highly valuable but are said to cause madness in those who posess them. It is poorly understood why Hotahn needed such a vast amount of these terrible stones.

Most everything I'm coming up with for this world is based on the tables in the Knave2e rulebook. I really just enjoy making things work that don't seem like they should.

Hotahn the tiger is vaguely based on Vietnamese myths of a tiger demon who's victims turn into slave ghosts that lure more victims to the tiger.

Also, I realize I said I'd be posting near-daily here on Patreon, but figure it might be better to wait a couple days between so I can lay out images and ideas like this.

Could you use these as the basis for new videos? Try taking a few steps back (production wise) with minimal/no animation, just you reading the stories that emerge from your world building. Maybe shorter form clips? It seems a shame these don't get to a larger audience when you've already put so much work in.

The cave/mine entrance seems so intriguing. I would love to hike there and maybe explore a little
