Flats / Quickies 12-2-19

I spent a lot of time busy with irl stuff lately but I'm happy to say that we put an offer on a house and it was accepted, inspection went okay and we still have a few things to sort out before anything is finalized but we have a good feeling about this and that never happens lol.
So fingers crossed everything goes okay, we wouldn't move in for about 2 months from now which stinks. But hopefully I will be able to focus on drawing a bit more before then, as I've been pretty unhappy with my output recently and have struggled to keep up with things. I try not to get too excited over stuff but we are really looking forward to this and just hope it works out.
