Tie Breaker (2nd poll tied with 26 points each)

The second poll that was supposed to resolve a tie from a previous poll,
was concluded with yet another tie.
Because our budget is limited and and we can not afford another poll.
We dispatched a team of dedicated tiebreaker poll specialists to deal with this problem,
After hours of negotiations and violent verbal disagreement.
On 7:34 AM (gmt+3) our lead specialist R3dstarsixtynine suggested that the only way to Find our winner is by simulating 3 coin flips.
We used advanced NASA technology to simulate a cointoss on the internet
on the website Random.org.
We simulated 3 coin tosses with Heads assigned to Lucoa and Tails to Risty.
all three tosses landed Heads up, there for Lucoa wins this poll.
Ty to everyone who voted,I'd like to apologize to anyone who voted for Risty and is disappointed with the results of the coin flip,hopefully a tie will never happen again.
