Excel LADZ - 2024 ClubELO Model

Now, the model is connected to the ClubELO Website through a Power Query. By going into the 'Data' tab and selecting the "Refresh All" icon, this connection is refreshed, and live data is brought into the model. This means the inefficient copy/paste method is no longer!
I managed to do this by writing blank power code in the Power Query Editor. This code can get very complicated, and is entirely different to having "Excel skills". Therefore, I use ChatGPT to be able to generate this code! I'm looking forward to diving deeper into this topic in the future ๐
Both a 'Normal' and 'Legacy' model is attached below ๐ช The 'Legacy' version is for those without a version of Excel that can handle array functions (i.e. pre - Excel 2019).

Hi lad, welcome ๐ Firstly, I would suggest downloading the 'Legacy' version of the file. Older versions of Excel (prior to 2019) don't have the ability to recognise array functions like XLOOKUP that are used in the normal model. The 'Legacy' model uses older functions to make the model compatible with nearly every computer. Secondly, make sure you refresh the PivotTable in the "Games" worksheet. This will get the updated data, and sort it into a drop down list for you to select from in cell G9 of the "Dashboard" worksheet. Tomorrow I'm dropping a quick how-to-use tutorial on this model, so please let me know if that helps lad ๐
