There are people who become envious with success, especially financial. Within her mind you were making big bucks on Youtube, thus was upset when you wanted to charge for other content. Even if you are making big bucks, it's beyond the point. It's an entitled attitude. It's like receiving free samples at Costco and then becoming pissed off because they won't give you the entire box for free. I do agree with your strong approach concerning boundaries between other people's problems vs their behavior towards others. I will admit that I've been a little naive in life when it comes to that. My dad died during the pandemic and it wasn't a pleasant time for me. Losing someone, period, is hard enough. I also kindly ask that people on here be respectful despite how she reacted. Set by example. Let love prevail over this. I hope her life is in a better place now. I also think it's an issue of some people not comprehending the different generations/waves of Youtube, in correlation to revenue. I remember Adam The Woo did a video a long time ago explaining that to his fans. Youtubers nowadays don't make even close to what they were generating years ago.
