Equitable Trust appears to be a fairly recent abandonment, mainly due to two clues: The Addams Family movie poster (2019) and the posting of pandemic prophylaxis papers. (>Jan 2021). I probably could have found a quicker answer to the question with a 60-second online search, but hunting for clues is entertaining.
