Listened to this 2 months ago and my 2nd one is Today. I have a feeling that if i listened to this every 2-3 months. It will be a gentle reminder/ or re-aligning. To my original goal/mission. I am trying to get done I get easily distracted with all the other noises in my life that this helps me. Never thought I would enjoy upwards of 20+ minutes of meditation a year ago

Vril in esoteric circles is described as a life giving elixir responsible for healing popularized by theosophists like Helena Blavatsky. The only knee jerk reaction to word is that it was co-opted by fringe right wing groups and aryan supremacy which has no direct influence on the origin and meaning of the word. Calling 'Vril' demonic is like calling a rainbow demonic because the LGBTQ groups use it as their flag.
