Hey brothers, I am certain that I’m not the only one doing Josephs breath work 1st thing in the morning;
I would consider skipping on those “testosterone boosting” ones as one of the 2 main promises is to lower the cortisol.
From my, not really that deep, understanding of the human body, you actually want to have higher cortisol in the early parts of your awake day so it can be lower in the evening, when you really should want to have it low.
