2016-08-01 17:30:38 +0000 UTCAh, yes. If they're not fabricating parts then they'll indeed be cheaper. Though 13 cents does seem on the high side. Transshipment is when they send you stuff and you send it on. It probably doesn't work with these folks though (but is an option if you produce the game by another route).
