I was hoping to have this finished by the end of October, but because of various things, the biggest of which was not being able to get the (stainless) steel until October 15th, I'm about two weeks short of where I want to be. Since I normally post near the end of the month here's a video of what I have done so far, this video is exclusive to you Patreon people, an advance sneak peek if you will of what it is you're actually funding. I don't know what it is, but you really have a way of turning metalworking into a story. Its not a story about the sword, or metalworking, or even the craftsman. It's more of a story of how tools, know-how, and humor can combine create both a sword and the mini-documentary at once.
