Hey Mike, Sorry to hear about you Vinyl Cutting issues. for my Day job I work for the makers of the VinylMaster Software. https://vinylmaster.software/ (excuse the current site I'm in middle off rebuilding it. VinylMaster will do all the lgraphic design, artwork layout, vinyl and contour cutting. as well as wide format vinyl and can print your templates out. There is a mac version coming soon but it currently works on PC only so you would need to either use windows on Parallels or Windows with Bootcamp. I got your a Free Liscense for VinylMaster XPT and don't expect anything in return (I got you one just to help you out.) We fully support the Cameo cutter you have. I checked with our support team and on top of the fix you already did with racheting down the cutter you may be having an issues with the emulation and need to switch the Emulation and Plotter Language from USB to Direct COM in the Connection tab of the Vinyl Spooler (see Port Type).
