Added 2024-05-03 15:58:48 +0000 UTCYes TikTok shop does refunds. Once it’s delivered, go to the order, go to help, say you didn’t receive the item. They will then say give the seller a day to respond, if they don’t respond you will instantly get your refund if they do respond just wait another day or two and file another claim to support that you didn’t receive the item
