Dynamo seep like a broken class. Are there any other classes that can get xp doing nothing? Can other monolith classes do that? Can the one with health get xp by being a masochist

Probably. Otherwise people might not be able to reach level 100 if they "lost" too much experience. But I guess in Rain's case, once his soul is healed he will immediately reach his new cap. Probably 2-3 levels.

Mid week bonus chapters usually drop around 4:20 p.m. Wednesday for me so it will be in another 18 hours if it happens at all. It seems unlikely since we just had a bonus chapter recently. Still you can have hope.

The problem with Mana Manipulation is that skill experience only comes when mana is being put into an object. These objects have total caps and import efficiencies that limit the amount of mana that can be put in an object. His armor is almost completely mana resistance with 99% of all mana he tries to put in the armor being rejected. This keeps the amount of mana he can use to generate skill experience small. We know the accolades can take mana with an unknown efficiency and seem to have no known cap. When he tried he emptied his entire mana pool quickly. Using this method instead of his armor would allow him to generate much more skill experience and could also be key to claiming the accolade.

That depends on whether or not oversoul is literally his soul or just some type of soul emission separate from the soul itself.

So.. there are a lot of abilities where the limit of their effect is the boundaries of your soul - doesn't this mean that this sort of psuedo-oversoul means that he can use 'self only' or maybe 'touch range' effects at huge distances now?

Using Essence Well with no valid targets other than yourself. If you do it with aura settings that boost the mana efficiency to 100% you get free general XP with no net mana cost. The settings he was using gave him 8.4 general experience a second. Chapter 91 covers it.

Aura Compression is now 10/10. All Rain needs to do now is get Mana Manipulation from 7/10 to 10/10. There is something so satisfying about round numbers like that. Even if it doesn't match my build I still sometimes put points into dump stats just to make everything look nice. It makes me so happy.

Why do you think essence monsters are a higher level then the area they are in? The three we have seen were, lvl 18 in a tier 0 area dying from lack of mana, lvl 4 in a lvl 5 Lair and a lvl 6 in a lvl 11 Lair.

Maybe essence monsters are monsters with oversoul, and now Rain is an essence-human. Essence monsters are usually higher level than the area they are in, so it would follow that Rain is on track to raise his level too.

We have already had 3 months of chapters where he was more or less stuck inside the shield, and 1 of those months he have been stuck alone in a collapesed area underground. Much of the content in this periode have felt like filler content, and it was especially obvious with much of the content while he was stuck alone, where it felt like the writting was just there to inform us that" yeah time passed down there, nothing significant to report".

I'm guessing the reason all those platinum-lvl in the stories have oversoul is because all those who are platinum or near-platinum managed to reach that lvl by doing a version of what Rain is doing; unlocking a bunch of trees and forcing their soul to a new level: Now, the length of time this is done over may also be important, so that it is not enough to simply unlock a bunch of trees, but one has to do it within a short time-frame as well, putting the soul under enough stress for it to force-level. It's normally said one needs a team of 8 lvl 50 to kill a lvl 52 essence beast, so how is that those who are lvl 70 always manages to reach it alone? Cultivation. Back in the Magistrate times, there were many more high-lvl people, likely because they knew about this way of leveling up This could perhaps also bring more value to the lower-rarity classes. Getting a rare or higher rarity class at lvl 25 has obvious benefits, but perhaps the demerits is more than just taking longer to lvl (which isn't the biggest problem when you get xp for everything, finding essence monsters is the hard part about leveling): To achieve oversoul with a higher-rarity class and force it to the next lvl may be much harder than with a more regular soul (which one would get from a common and uncommon class), requiring one to have a way like Rain's to quickly gain xp and to force multiple pop-up boxes a day.

I think it is related to the fact that he is only level 18 and it will continue to vent until he levels up higher to where the capacity grows to accommodate his buffed soul. Most people wouldn't train their soul and it might just happen naturally when leveling up so oversoul only really happens with smart people that train it.

Yes. So much this. I'm so relieved to be out of that cave in. Last 2 chapters have been great and a huge improvement over a lot of the other cave in ones. A lot of progress was made while we were in there that will be really useful, but I'm so glad to be out

Some might have taken purify... I guess, that is where the nobles get the barrels of clean water, they sell... But that does not give them the mana regeneration, they'd need to use it anywhere near a scale large enough to supply the whole city. They'd need to train it up too. Which again would take a while without Rain's stupidly high clarity.

How can Rain still be the only one with purity? Someone should have a free skill point and some common sense. At least one of the newly awoken from the delve. All other adventures/nobles might be capped (unlikely) but the newly awoken should have free points.

Ok so, I'm just going to guess, but I think that the issue with his soul will correct itself if he takes a break with no over-exp (exp past the cap that isn't displayed on the training overview). I think that the pseudo-oversoul effect is due to his soul "venting" the excess because he gained too much exp past the cap in a short period of time with essence cultivation. The feeling of cold probably comes from Winter surrounding his soul, influencing the feeling of the fake oversoul aura. Once the excess is vented, the hole should patch itself up (probably). Then maybe he can stretch his soul over time with smaller doses. This is all speculation of course.

No one is attacking the barrier anymore. And now they can't get out, water supply is low, heating up again, Velika is hiding away with injuries, and they probably couldn't take down the barrier from the inside via brute force if they tried. Finally Free. I would have appreciated a longer chapter that went into the state of the city but I guess I can live with one more cliffhanger. I am not feeling great myself so I sympathize with Rain on all of the different types of strain he is under. Great use of descriptive language. Looks like dozer is here to stay. I think Character reactions could be funny but as far as slime pets go he is not as good as fantasia. I am excited to learn more about oversoul and the possible links to breaking the level cap. Hopefully he can learn how to manage his spiritual soul pressure like a bleach protagonist. A mid week chapter seems like just the thing to cheer up all of the sick people out there.
