Just watched and admired your video on why 2nd Amendment fans who were considering crossing over to D this year should reconsider ditching Biden for Trump. I'd love to see a video on the dangers of single-issue voting generally. Lots of evil or ineffectual idjits get into office by riding a particular hobbyhorse, and prove worthless in every other direction, maybe not even good as advocates for their chosen issue. And that potentially applies regardless of party affiliation. What say you?

I agree. How can we have civil discussions with our friends about our polar opposite ideas?

As for future themes or topics, here is one cultural NO NO that keeps bugging me: Discussing politics or religion is a taboo in social circles, and especially at work. What's the origin of this thinking and why we should (or should not) avoid hot topics in our social circles?

Beau, your work is important for so many. I wish you unlimited success.

Some of the best editing I've seen in any YouTube video Beau!
Just a side note - I realize that Trump's base is older, Southern, redneck males. But, I'm a 74-year-old, Southern Oklahoman who is a tiny blue dot in a sea of red. So, we're not all stereotypical idiots - just too many of us are. LOL

I believe in what you are doing and I believe the world needs intelligent, engaging topcs that are brief and well researched. Well done.

Just Outstanding! When I was in school (many moons ago) I wish one of my teachers would have gone outside the curriculum to introduce us to something like this. I am 56 years old, and I still remember the 1 teacher who encouraged me to think, and to speak what I was thinking. He was our current events teacher, history teacher and a coach. So grateful for him and for all the teachers out there who are still trying to teach young people to think, not recite. Thanks again Beau for all you give.

Each video I have seen has been a gem. Several I have shared on my Facebook account.

I had a teacher who printed these lyrics for us to have the discussion. Of course that was back when the song was brand new, but the idea was the same. Awesome video.

While I sometimes disagree with your opinions (not often) I believe so much in the 'teaching moments' you impart. It always makes me sad that history is taught in such a way that kids find it dry and uninteresting. History is fascinating and riveting. It's just taught badly. I also love how you evaluate things with no knee jerk reactions. People tend to have opinions with little or no thought behind them.
