If this hadn't made the news then Bezos would be wondering what else they could do on their own. Imagine all the things they're doing and people are just rolling over for it. There was a program in some cities in Texas where customers got some rebates for connecting their Nest Thermostat to the electric utility. Little did they know, they gave full access and the electric company blocked their ACs from working past a certain temp. RIDICULOUS!!
