Even here in Brooklyn, Fedex is outsourcing to USPS for my Manukora deliveries. Before this started happening, we never had a problem receiving these orders, now it's a big problem... here in rural Boerum Hill, Brooklyn! It's just another example of major corporations socializing the cost of their failures.
