Real Penalty - New version 4.09.02 (server plugin only)

No new features but some important fixes.
I recommend installing this version as soon as possible on your server(s).

- There are a few problems using the new feture "live replay" of CSP without leaving the server.
Using previous versions, drivers can reset all data of the current session (penalties, warning, swap, laps, everything) playing the replay, even for just one second.
Using this version when the driver starts it, Real Penalty just freezes und will continue to run returning live.
For a few seconds there is no problem but inform the drivers: they NEVER play the replay for a long time, otherwise kick!!!!

- Fixed an issue during endurance race and option "long pit" active (wrong info on the screen entering the pit lane).

- Fixed a rare issue during join, when Real Penalty does not detect the previous data of the current race (after a driver swap during endurance).

- Forcing the cockpit view the app "CamTool" (any version <= 1.16) is now not allowed! It allows the driver to change the view without using the default functions of the game.
If this app is installed and active on the client --> immediately kick!

- Better performance reading the data.acd (if not encrypted)
