Villains Explanation!

Okay, so it's come to my attention that some of you are QUITE disappointed that Helena will not be playing a major villain as previously promised by my original Oni Seed teasers. So I will try, without giving away too much of the story to explain my reasoning. LOL.

1. the original Idea is dated. I started coming up with the idea for this almost TWO GAMES AGO lol. DOA 5 came out in 2012. At the time Helena was depicted as a bit of a reluctant villain but had a redemption arc. I was also trying to write the story with the limited assets and models I had at the time...obviously, this isn't as much of an issue now with Stealth2111 on the team. In the recent games, MYST and Miyako have emerged more as villains in the past two games, which brings me to my next point.

2. Originally I had it very flimsily written that Nyotengu would BRAINWASH Helena into cooperating with her scheme. This is just lazy writing at the time. Nyo although supernatural, has never shown an ability to do this. so it makes no sense. BUT Nyo's plan pretty nicely aligns the MYST's M.O. which has always been "capture a ninja, and extract their secrets" It's actually kind of silly really that they've made 6 games on this plotline lol, but Having Miyako be a willing participant makes tons of sense it's just a much more solid plot. No Brainwashing is required lol.

So what does this mean for Helena Fans? Well in the recent games Helena has almost been portrayed as DOA's Nick Fury. This Role will continue, she will still be a big part of the story. But down to the real issue here, which is that you're all just upset that we won't get that Helena gangbang sequence that I had originally teased...FINE, I will make sure to execute that for you in a completely separate scene, independent of the Oni Seed story. You still get what ya want lol.

Ultimately you guys just gotta trust me. This change is happening for a good reason. The story will be much more solid. it will make more sense as we get through it. "Onagi we don't care about story, we just want to see Helena gobbling dicks like pez!" With all that said back to work! I've been animating Oni Seed EP1 for the past few days and it's coming along nicely. see ya soon!
