Talking Futurama - Law and Oracle

"Things used to be funny around here; noses were picked, pants fell down. So what changed? Only Fry can say, and he's gone." - Dr. John Zoidberg

A desperate search for dignity leads Fry to enlist in the New New York Police Department, and he soon finds himself a vital part of the Future Crimes Division. But when he sees a preview of Bender's upcoming larceny, he has to decide whether or not ACAB includes him.

Not so fun fact about Schrodinger's cat: it came out a few years ago that the eponymous Schrodinger was a child abuser

Michael Winslow showing up for an incredibly boring 3 minutes of Cheech & Chong's Up In Smoke was pretty baffling to me as a teenager who had never seen Police Academy. Scary math time: I was born the same year that Police Academy Mission To Moscow came out, 31 years ago. Maron, Marc Maron's show, was fine. Funny enough.

Bob: working as a lighting tech for Cirque du Soleil taught me that fresnel (as in the lens) is pronounced freh-nel. Those French Canadians put on a good show, come see them whenever/wherever you can! Henry: agreed, the Jimmy Fallon ride is atrocious and not enjoyable, much like Fallon’s show. As an Orlando resident, I still haven’t experienced Pandora at Animal Kingdom though.

The most baffling thing I've seen Michael Winslow turn up in was that Dunkey video about the importance of sound in video games. At least he seemed to be a good sport about it.

If anyone else is still watching Rick and Morty, the most recent season did a “Minority Report” episode called “Morty Daddy”. It was a Summer and Rick team up which is always fun.

I bought one of the Futurama movies at a Circuit City going-out-of-business sale. Which one? Records from that era are spotty.
