Having trouble subscribing to my Patreon? Read this first!
โWhy is my payment failing on Patreon?
Due to RBI guidelines, most Indian banks block recurring international payments by default. Patreon uses a subscription billing model, which many Indian cards reject unless explicitly authorized.

Internationally enabled Visa or MasterCard

Cards from HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, IndusInd
โ SBI, PNB, Union Bank, or most Rupay or Debit Cards may not work
โ UPI and Paytm do not work directly on Patreon
โ What can I do to make it work?
Use a credit card (not debit) that allows international transactions.
Call your bank to enable international/online payments.
Try using PayPal, if it's an option on Patreon for you.
Try subscribing via desktop browser instead of mobile app.
Try using a different card (from another bank).
