HP/GOW plus A.N at bottom of chapter

Plot: Harry is reborn as the first son of Kratos, the retired God of War. Can Harry help his father and brother Atreus survive the upcoming war? The pairing is Harry/Thrud.

Scene 1:

Kratos didn't know what to think right now. Only mere moments ago a tattooed stranger had come knocking at his door. The man, not very impressive in stature, punched with power far beyond any mortal. The two had been fighting when suddenly Harry, his eldest son, had arrived. Kratos's children were both vastly different beings. Atreus was quiet, he wished to please and to spend time with Kratos. Harry had long since appeared to give up and had simply chosen to spend time with his mother.

Harry's strength was far closer to his own than Atreus's was, he had seen Harry lift entire trees with barely more than a grunt. Everything had only gotten worse when Harry learnt that he could fly, from there it took a monumental effort for Kratos to convince the boy to keep his feet on the ground. Atreus and Harry were both intelligent, he knew that Atreus had suspicions regarding their true nature. How could he not after living with a boy who can fly? But Harry, Kratos suspected that he boy already knew, and if he didn't then he was very likely to find out soon.

When Faye's body was being cremated, Harry had simply sat on the roof of the house and watched, refusing to go hunting with Kratos and Atreus. By the time they had come back, Harry was nowhere to be seen. Kratos had feared that he had run off, but hadn't much time to look for him due to the stranger he was fighting now.

Kratos blocked a wild punch before responding with one of his own that sent the man flying up into the air, Kratos grabbed him by his leg and slammed him back down. The stranger didn't seem pained and kicked Kratos several feet away before getting back to his feet.

"You can't win!" The stranger laughed. "I feel nothing!"

"Let's fix that!" Another voice called before Harry flew in, tackling the stranger with the same intensity of a Spartan spear and slamming him into the rock wall in front of their house. "Nice spell," Harry said, looking him over. "Don't think it'll stop me from kicking your ass," He said, digging his finger into an open wound that hadn't healed yet.

"Ooh, scary," The stranger said mockingly before striking Harry, sending him flying back and crashing through a tree.

"No!" Kratos yelled before angrily charging the stranger. Neither of them noticed Harry getting up, shaking his head and staring at the blood on his hand. A grin appeared on Harry's face before he started performing a spell. Once he was done, a bright glow covered Harry and he looked back at the fight in time to see the stranger jump in the air and head towards his father.

Harry shot off the ground and intercepted the man with a punch to the face, he grabbed the man's beard and pulled both of them high into the air.

"What?!" The man gasped, sounding undeniably happy. "I...I felt that!"

"You're going to feel a lot more in a minute!" Harry told him just before the clouds darkened.

"Brother?" The man blinked.

"You're more messed up than I thought," Harry said before tossing the man up in time for a lightning bolt to come down and strike him. The man yelled while Harry flew up past him, once the lightning had stopped Harry charged him and sent him flying straight to the ground, smashing him into a giant crater while Kratos stared off to the side.

"Zeus," Kratos whispered weakly, realising just whose abilities his son had inherited.

Scene 2:

"Father," Harry said as he travelled along with Kratos, a short distance in front of them, Atreus was talking with the one named Brok, a blue-skinned dwarf. "We need to be cautious of him," He said, gesturing to the dwarf.

"Hmm," Kratos hummed and looked up at his son, and he did have to look up thanks to the beast that Harry was currently riding. It was a large creature, resembling a lion, but with two massive horns sticking out of its head. Kratos didn't know how the boy found it or how he had tamed it. It was a gift that both of his children seemed to share, most animals seemed to flock to them, though it did have the unfortunate effect of making the two reluctant to hunt. "What makes you say that?" He asked. He himself was always cautious of strangers, but he wanted to know what his son's reasoning was.

"He feels...wrong," Harry frowned. "Not like you or me...there's...there's something different about him. Like...he's not completely here."

Scene 3:

"So, that's what I got," Thrud said, after finishing showing off her weapons to the boy in front of her.

In many ways, she knew that she should stay away from Harry. After all, their families were currently at war with each other and Grandfather hadn't decided if Harry was one of their enemies yet, especially after he had tracked Atreus to Asgard. But she felt like she couldn't stop herself as she finally met someone her age who was a warrior! She had heard tales of some of Harry's fights, he was at least partly responsible for killing Magni and Modi and she herself had seen him beat the everlasting snot out of Heimdall, the 'untouchable'.

"Cool," Harry said genuinely, standing in front of her while wearing a black and red armour.

"Thanks," She smiled, a small blush on her face. "What about you? What weapons do you have?"

"For now I only have two," He said, flicking his wrists and allowing two large chains to appear, they wrapped around his arms and extended to a pair of very dangerous-looking blades.

"Whoa! That's cool!" Thrud gasped.

"Thanks," He grinned, he liked his blades, even if his father didn't. The man had nearly collapsed when he first saw them. Once Harry got rid of the blades he extended his hand and suddenly a very large staff appeared. Thrud had never really thought that a simple stick would be an impressive weapon, but seeing the way that Harry had wielded it had changed her mind. She had seen it in action when he fought Heimdall. "This is pretty good too," He said, throwing it away, it didn't land on the floor and instead flew around in circles for a few seconds before shooting back into Harry's hand, at which point a spearhead made up of angry red energy appeared on the top.

"Never before would I have thought a simple piece of wood would have been so impressive," She commented.

"That happens with maturity,"

A.N: I kind of had to have that joke in at the end when I realised I was writing an entire conversation just talking about Harry's staff.

For this story, Harry's going to have his own versions of the blades of Chaos and a staff that will be basically like Sun Wukong's staff (look at the Black Myth Wukong game if you're not sure what that is) but with more magic. I'm thinking of giving him a third weapon but remain undecided on that. Pairing for him will be Thrud as there's not really anyone else around his age to pair him with except for Angroboda (I don't know if I spelt that right) and she's going to be with Atreus. Anyway, that's all the test chapters done, if you want to change your votes then you have time to do so. I'll probably reupload the poll in a month or two to see if anyone wants to change their mind and I'll put these test chapters in a collection on pat-reon so you guys can read them.

I'm just going to end with a brief overview of my ideas for the stories:

OC/Marvel: I'm proposing an idea where an OC/SI (not based off me because I'm not intelligent or skilled in any remote way) will find himself in a marvel universe where he slowly unlocks various aliens such as heatblast and Waybig and so on. He'll use the watch differently from canon Ben as one of my ideas has him using his aliens to create a hoverboard, make a high-tech utility belt and to invent a cure for cancer which will have a neat little storyline where the government tries to stop him from releasing it. Not pure MCU as other marvel properties will be mixed in. Pairing will be voted on.

Httyd: The story is similar to canon but Hiccup discovers Toothless at a younger age along with a skrill and learns much more about dragons and eventually leave Berk to create a village of his own with his own ideas and inventions. Some stories I've read have Hiccup being able to mentally communicate with dragons while some have him speak a dragon language (like in the books). I'm going for the former since the film universe does show dragons that can communicate mentally. Pairing is Hiccup/Astrid

HP/TMNT: The story is just like my previous squib test chapters but with the simple twist of Harry being raised by the turtles, which I think can be a fun idea. Pairing will be with either Greengrass sister.

HP as Batman: This is me simply redoing my Harold Wayne story, thought I'd start with Harry's background this time and then go from there as I belive I can write it better than I did last time. Pairing will be voted on and the options are basically nearly every DC character I can think of (for this particular story I'd like Wonder Woman)

Dick Grayson as Batman: I'm proposing this story because I think Nightwing is criminally underrated and not shown enough respect in certain medias. The idea will have a slowly dying Batman, Nightwing goes around the world in order to improve himself so that he can eventually take over the role. During this he'll meet Damian and find out that Jason's alive. Pairing will be voted on.

Harry Potter as Batman's son: This story is currently winning the votes and I am looking forward to writing it, I have many ideas in mind such as Harry fighting Deathstroke (who I intend to make badass and WILL DEFINITELY NOT have the same angle with Terra), giving Nightwing more respect than the son of Batman film universe did, some Young Justice mixed in and obviously magic! I'm thinking rune-inscribed gadgets and wandless magic plus the odd deathly Hallow as well. It will be a mix of DC properties such as Teen Titans, Batman 2004, the arkham games, young justice and so on. Pairing will be a harem and there will be votes (I really want starfire to be voted for just so I can recreate the titans meeting from the OG show and it's easier to write a harem when you can make up the culture that one of the participants is from).

Harry as a vampire: A simple story concept, Harry was turned into a vampire and lives with Count Dracula. He will mostly be a laid back guy who happens to drink blood, but he'll also be quite dangerous when he wants to be. Pairings will be voted on and will be multi, I'm thinking Ginny as one just to mess with the Weasleys.

Harry as a werewolf: This is a story idea that could be great as Harry would have werewolf abilities and so on, some of my ideas for this include Harry not being at peace with his werewolf side and being able to transform at will while also fighting to change werewolf laws and tossing Umbridge at Greyback (accidentally of course). Pairing will be one of the three chasers.

Harry/God of War: A simple idea where Krato has two kids, one of which is Harry. Obviously, they'll but heads at first but they will slowly grow to respect and love each other more. Harry will have inherited powers from his grandfather, Zeus, and will have his own special brand of magic too. At first I thought of Harry just replacing Atreus but then I realised Harry wouldn't act the same way Atreus did in canon and we need someone to push the story along so Atreus is still here. Harry will be paired with Thrud because frankly she's a strong and athletic female and canon Harry had a thing for quidditch players so it kind of make sense. But also because the idea of dating Thor's daughter while fighting against Thor is kind of funny to me.

For the record, the new story will not be put up for some time. As I stated previously, I just want to plan for it and the voting will still be open for a while (I'll let you guys know when it's closing). I first intend to finish Bonded and then maybe another story as well before releasing this so this story won't be out for months at best.
