C13 AEGIS 1.83 download for Patrons

Find the controls for the new features at bottom of pp tab:
To use outlines you must enable the Cartoon C13 filter in CSP graphics adjustments. It works with every filter, but can be controlled with c13 aegis

EDIT: found an issue with the scriptable CartoonC13 filter, fixed and reuploaded.
