(myself included) With the similarities between many primates and humans, it's more difficult to find 'the line' of anthropomorphic balance between "too animalistic" and "uncanny valley guy in monkey mask".

2024-05-30 14:54:15 +0000 UTCShe’s trying. I think she’s done well. The interesting thing here is that you’re anthropomorphising real gorillas in a furry world. Many furry worlds tend to operate along the lines of having anthropomorphic animals who are essentially human, and then real animals who are not intelligent in any way. Whereas here the line is even more blurred.
