It was amazing on the big screen! I did not have high hopes in watching Top Gun Maverick since I love the original movie so much, but I thoroughly enjoyed that one too. Looking forward to watching that with you as well. As far as Tom Cruise movies go, I have a few recommendations; Valkyrie (2008), A Few Good Men (1992), and Jerry Maguire (1996). He is a talented actor. Incredibly, he even does most of his own stunts!

2024-02-17 09:19:20 +0000 UTCThe way they explained it in the movie was sorta vague, but basically Iceman was taking too long to “get the shot” so Maverick was asking him to move out of the way. I think Iceman was being stubborn because he wanted to win Topgun, but after he finally moved out of the way they were flying too close together and the jetwash from Iceman’s engines made Maverick’s engines stall. They lost control and spun outta control and had to eject, but because it was spinning so much, Goose ended up colliding with the glass on ejection. I love the way this movie was shot, it’s so unique and badass. Classic music and those sunset California vibes 🌴 I cant wait til you watch the sequel, I haven’t seen it yet either! 😎
