free commission changes

I normally give out 1 commission for free every month however alot of people dont respond so i feel its kinda wasted so i want to give it out in a different way ... If you have any ideas please share my 2 current ideas are as follows: 1. Give me your ideas and i post them as a vote.... Or 2. I take this to deviantart and host it as a raffle event for all interested so i can use the comment section etc to give out unique numbers...
If you have other ideas how i may give this out im all ears ! You will even win a free commission if i go with your idea!
