Luke is a young man living in a small town and he is bored out of his mind. Every day is the same as the last and he just wants some excitement. When a strange shooting star appears in the sky he considers it the most exciting thing to happen in months, maybe years.
When Luke wakes up the next morning he finds his family acting strangely, then his friends act the same way. As time goes on he discovers that everyone around him is suddenly acting... childishly.
